So much has kept me very busy over the last week or so. First it was the Fourth of July - mom and dad took me to the parade in town. I sat in my stroller and watched with such seriousness at the floats going by. Eventually I started to wave back at those people. Then at noon it was over to the races. I had to compete against 2 year olds (which wasn't very fair) but at least I crossed the finish line. Next year will be better.

That night, I was trying to run on the back patio and fell, hitting my mouth on my Elmo sprinker Aunt Kristi gave me (you will be receiving the pain and suffering bill soon Auntie! heehee) and cut my tongue with my front teeth. You can see the little gash in my mouth near the tip of my tongue. I cried hard but mom and dad stayed cool despite all the blood. Needless to say this is my worst accident to date. So with a hurt mouth and the loud fireworks, I didn't get much sleep that night. Hopefully next year I can stay up to watch.

Just last week my Grandma Wylene and mom drove me 5 hours south to Medford where I got to stay with my relatives Diane & Dennis. I was quite the excellent traveler - not fussing hardly at all. We spent 3 days in their pool - it was so fun! We ate lots, stayed up late, and played all day.

It was very relaxing for my mom since I think she needs her R & R before my sister comes in a month.
Then finally I invited Sydney over for a play date. We interacted more this time and even fought over the same book.
But then I shared and it was ok. We hung out in my castle for a while too. Boy - what a busy week!
